Mr. Rohit Gupta holds an MSc in Finance and Management from the University of Exeter, United Kingdom. He joined the family business in 2007 and played a pivotal role in expanding the group into the technology and mobile phone sectors, leading these ventures to become key growth drivers over the past decade.

He serves as a Board Member and Director of Shivam Cement Limited, one of Nepal’s largest integrated cement plants, and is actively involved with several financial institutions, including Asian Life Insurance, Mahalaxmi Development Bank, Nepal Infrastructure Bank, and Prudential Insurance, as a promoter and shareholder.

In 2018, at the age of 32, Mr. Gupta assumed the role of Vice Chairman following the untimely passing of his father. In this capacity, he has been instrumental in restructuring and strengthening the group, with a vision to position it as a leading force across industries.
