Er. Samir Pandey is a young and dynamic Quality Control Manager with over 5 years of specialized experience in the wires and cables industry. Currently leading the Quality Assurance and Quality Control Department, he brings a robust technical background in electrical engineering and a proven ability to drive continuous improvement, maintain high production efficiency, and lead high-performing technical teams.

With a deep expertise in compliance and certification, Er. Pandey has successfully established and maintained Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001) and secured critical product certifications for XLPE Insulated Power Cables and Zero Halogen Cables. His career is marked by significant technical advancements, including upgrading laboratory capabilities to third-party testing standards and leading high-stakes inspections for major entities such as the NEA, Power Grid, and BIS.

Er. Pandey holds a B.E. in Electrical Engineering and possesses a strong foundation in renewable energy projects. He is highly proficient in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and strengthening in-process quality control systems to reduce defects. Driven by a "Right First Time" philosophy, he combines technical precision with a commitment to environmental responsibility and global quality standards to consistently exceed customer expectations.
